Box Office Opening Times
The Box Office is open Monday – Saturday 9am-3pm. On evenings or a Sunday when there is an event/performance the Box Office will open 1hr beforehand, and until 15 minutes after the event start time.

How To Book
Book Online:
Tickets can be bought at www.wemtownhall.co.uk – click on the book now link on the event page or click on tickets from the top navigation which will take you to a chronological order of all events that are available to book online.  There is a 50p charge per ticket booked online.

In Person:
Monday to Saturday 9am-3pm – Wem Town Hall, 28-32 High Street, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5DG

By Telephone:
Call the Box Office on 01939 232 299 during the opening hours above. Tickets can be sent out by Second Class post for a charge of £1.25 or held for collection at the box office for no extra charge. Tickets purchased for events less than seven days away will be retained at Wem Town Hall for collection.

We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron cards.

Concessions, Discounts and Offers
We are pleased to be able to offer concessions to children and young people aged 19 years and under and Friends of Wem Town Hall. People with disabilities who require assistance from a companion are offered two tickets for the price of one – please call the Box Office to book.

Friends Tickets Online

If you are looking to buy tickets online with your friends membership you must sign into the website first before proceeding to checkout. The sign in button is on the top right of the homepage. This is so our system can recognise your membership.

Group Bookings
Group discounts are available at many performances; enquiries should be made to the box office.

Cancellation policy

No refunds are available unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
