South West Songwriter, vocalist and pianist Daisy, and violinist Sue perform dark stories from history on voice, piano and violin. Daisy’s voice can certainly tell a story, but accompanied by violin the music takes you places beyond imagination! Daisy’s music may be dark, beautiful, filmic, but the evening her and Sue present is far from gloomy. The stories behind each song are told in an animated and comedic way whether it’s a nod to women of the world whose work was credited to men, or a creepy Victorian poem set to music, The Daisy Chapman Duo will not disappoint.
