Tuesday 11am-12:30pm Gentle Yoga
Both classes are open to all abilities, including beginners. The Gentle Yoga class is slower paced than the regular class, with an emphasis on joint mobilisation, strength and flexibility. Both classes end with a short calming meditation or breathing exercise, and a guided relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat (spare mats are available if you don’t own one yet) and a blanket for the relaxation part of the class.
The option to block book classes is available for the half term at equivalent to £5 per class. If you choose not to block book, each class is £6.
