Tuesday 7pm- 8.30pm- Evening Hatha Yoga

Tuesday 9.30am-11am Gentle Yoga

Both classes are open to all abilities, including beginners.  The Gentle Yoga class is slower paced than the regular class, with an emphasis on joint mobilisation, strength and flexibility.  Both classes end with a short calming meditation or breathing exercise, and a guided relaxation.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for the relaxation part of the class.

Each class is £7.
