Community Event at Wem Town Hall

We hope to support the wider community in a number of ways:

• As a venue that can host a wide range of activity, from table top sales, to special events and community meetings.
• As a place where people can meet, and enjoy what's on offer, be it the arts, entertainment, or the weekly market.
• By providing opportunities to get involved, to make new friends and help to make the venue a lively and friendly place to visit, through volunteering.
• By offering space and support for service providers to encourage them to improve access for local people to training, information, advice and guidance.
• By promoting the local area, activity and opportunities to local people and visitors through our reception services.
• By holding events that encourage local spend and increasing footfall through our town centre.
• By creating training and employment opportunities.
