Box Office Opening Times

On evenings when there is an event/performance the Box Office will remain open 15 minutes after the event start time.

Where performances take place on a Sunday the Box Office will open one hour before and until 15 minutes after the show commences.

How To Book

Book Online:

You can book for all performances online. Some workshops may not be book-able online if we need to pass on information at the time of booking. In this instance please call the box office on 01939 238 279 to book. A 50p charge will be made for all bookings to be posted out; alternatively you can choose to collect from the Box Office either before or on the day of the performance, at no extra charge.

In Person:

Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm. Wem Town Hall, High Street, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5DG

By Telephone:

Call the Box Office on 01939 238 279 during the opening hours above. Tickets can be sent out by Second Class post for a charge of 50p or held for collection at the box office for no extra charge. Tickets purchased for events less than seven days away will be retained at Wem Town Hall for collection.

Concessions, Discounts and Offers

We are pleased to be able to offer concessions to the following: children, full-time students and Senior Citizens (over 60). People with disabilities who require assistance from a companion are offered two tickets for the price of one - please call the Box Office to book.

Group Bookings

Group discounts are available at many performances; enquiries should be made to the box office.
