Wem Town Hall

Wem Town Hall was re-opened in March 2010 for the benefit of the local community and visitors to the area. An arts, learning, community and enterprise centre the venue offers a high quality arts and learning programme, a range of excellent facilities and is home to a variety of services, including the weekly market.

Whether you are interested in hiring a room for a private function or for a business meeting, want to enjoy a night at the theatre or cinema, or want to try your hand at filmmaking, have a dance, or simply share in the fun, we are the venue for you.

We have a range of spaces available for hire and we also have a gallery and café on site to ensure that visitors can enjoy simply popping in, or attending an event.
