This hysterical comedy from director Billy Wilder finds Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon masquerading as women in order to elude irate Chicago mobsters while befriending a beautiful singer (Marilyn Monroe).

Wem Town Hall is proud to be working in partnership with the Dukes Lancaster participating in a pilot scheme to offer access to the arts for dementia and memory loss sufferers. Dementia Friendly Screenings are open to all but will be more relaxed, with lights on and sound level low with specially trained ushers on hand to assist. Screenings will have an interval and ticket price includes a tea or coffee.
